TERMS OF REFERENCE
 
A. These terms of reference apply to the appointment of short term national expert to support work of the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Protection in the process of European Integration
 
B. Organisational setting:
 
The short term national expert will work under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister for Environment Protection of the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Protection and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit. The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate.
 
C. Job content:
 
Under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister for Environment Protection of the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Protection and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit, the short term national expert will provide advice and assistance  in following areas:
1. Horizontal legislation;
2. Waste management;
3. Nature protection; and
4. Industrial pollution and risk control.
 
D. Timing and reporting:
 
The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate. The tentative starting date is December 17th 2007. The short term national expert would be expected to spend a total of 15 working days, during the period from December 17th 2007 to February 28th 2008.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

A. These terms of reference apply to the appointment of short term national expert to support work of the Ministry of Justice in the process of European Integration

B. Organisational setting:

The short term national expert will work under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Justice and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit. The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate.

C. Job content:

Under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Justice and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit, the short term national expert will provide advice to the Ministry of Justice for the Chapter 3.23.1 of the NPI "Cooperation in the area of Judiciary and Fundamental Rights-Judicial system, Ministry of Justice", including:
1. Assistance in the approximation of the national legislation with Acquis Communautaire and
2. Filling out the forms for the approximation of laws.

D. Timing and reporting:

The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate. The tentative starting date is January 28th 2008. The short term national expert would be expected to spend a total of 15 working days, during the period from January 21th 2008 to the February 28th 2008.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

A. These terms of reference apply to the appointment of short term national expert to support work of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights Protection in the process of European Integration

B. Organisational setting:

The short term national expert will work under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights Protection and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit. The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate.

C. Job content:

Under direct supervision of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights Protection and Project Manager of the Capacity Development Unit, the short term national expert will provide advice to the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights Protection for the Chapter 1.2. of the NPI “Human rights and minority protection", including:
1. Assistance in the approximation of the national legislation with Acquis Communautaire;
2. Review and add information in the forms for the approximation of laws;
3. Edit the text and suggest the text changes. 

D. Timing and reporting:

The short term national expert will be engaged under contract immediately following the selection of the best candidate. The tentative starting date is January 28th 2008. The short term national expert would be expected to spend a total of 15 working days, during the period from January 28th 2008 to the February 28th 2008.
